David Tittle, a veteran of over 30 years in the executive search industry, is a co-founder of Paul-Tittle Search Group (PTSG. Dave has a BS from Duke University and extensive postgraduate work in manpower planning and utilization. Early in his career he was an analyst with the U.S. Intelligence Community. Later he served as director of human resources with Booz-Allen & Hamilton and director of the executive search division of a national management consulting firm.
At PTSG he has led hundreds of executive search assignments for clients throughout the U.S. and abroad, including federal contractors, federal agencies, Fortune 500’s, 8 (a)’s, and start-ups/emerging growth companies He specializes in high technology industries, including telecommunications, information technology, healthcare, higher education and professional services. He leads searches for executive-level management (CEO/COO’s) and business development executives
Dave has been a frequent writer and speaker on executive search, career planning and manpower utilization. He has been a regular contributor to the Washington Business Journal, Federal Computer News, and oft quoted in other publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, New York Times and Washington Post. He was also a guest lecturer at the William & Mary Graduate School of Business, founding member of the Potomac Officers Club and has appeared on local and national radio and television.
He currently splits his time between our corporate offices in the Washington, DC area and in our new office in Charleston, SC.
